With our Return & Exchange policy, you may return / exchange products from our store with 30 days of the original delivery date FOR A FULL STORE CREDIT. WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS SUBSTANDARD OR IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDERED FOR?
If you find our product substandard or it’s not exactly what you ordered, you CAN ALWAYS Return / Exchange it for full store credit. Please note that the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition along with the documents and tags included in the original product. All our product returns are in the form of exchange of the product or store credit. A Return OR Exchange shall only be entertained if the product is returned back to us unworn (and in a resalable condition), with original tags and packaging. However, you may look over the product and may try it on like any other physical store for inspecting the size and fit.
INFORMATION ABOUT POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES
Postage and packaging charges are not subject to refund / reimbursement under any circumstances, and the relative shipment cost of return must be borne by customer. It is recommended to pack it appropriately and return it using a reliable service that provides package tracking service to ensure that it is secure and traceable at any point during shipment. We provide an instant acknowledgement of received products at our warehouse. Also, it is strongly advised to contact us at email@example.com prior returning the product to ensure you are dispatching your return merchandise to the correct location.
